SO WHAT IS COACHING?

I am the Dyslexic Confidence and Mindset Coach. But, what is coaching? Coaching is about working with someone to help them overcome their barriers and hurdles, to help them reach their goals and dreams. Just like an athlete has a coach to help them with their training, schedules and techniques, a life coach helps people with their own personal development.


Coaching is about working with a client and identifying what is stopping them from moving forward.  Coaching is a partnership. It is not about me as the coach providing the answers. The answers and solutions are already inside you and it is my role as the coach to help you uncover these. Identifying your own solutions is far more powerful and successful than me suggesting them.
